Returns Policy

At Medical Sheepskin Products, we strive to ensure satisfaction with our high-quality sheepskin products. Whether you're returning a faulty product or a non-faulty product, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Return
• For faulty products: The product must be identified as faulty due to manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
• For non-faulty products: The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.

2. Initiating a Return

3. Return Process
• Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product.
• Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
5. Inspection and Refund
• Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect the item.
• For faulty products: If the product is deemed faulty, we will process a full refund, including the original shipping cost, to your original payment method.
• For non-faulty products: If the product meets the return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Exclusions
• This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
• For non-faulty products, this policy does not apply to products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
